What We Do
We stand by our mission. When you believe that every person and every organization represents a unique set of strengths and challenges, you have to be willing to embrace that uniqueness. So, yes, while we offer specific tools and training, they are always in the service of helping our clients identify and capitalize on what makes them unique.
Oops, did we just use the word "clients"? That word isn't actually used much around here. Because we honestly don't consider that we have clients. We have partners. We work with our partners to customize and develop the training and tools they need to reach new heights.
Teaching You
We want you, your organization, your team members, your bosses - everyone, really, is the group we're building to here - to understand that accepting and fostering the uniqueness of each individual is, without question, going to yield the best results. True, you could try to make everybody conform to the same rules, the same best practices, the exact same means of getting the results you want. But we're here to tell you it doesn't work.
Instead, we'll teach you to make the most of each person's particular combination of strengths, weaknesses, talents, interests and abilities. And because each person and organization is unique, we offer many different ways for you to start (or continue) your journey toward discovering the power of strengths. We'll work with you to assess your current needs, and then put together the tools and training that will be right for your organization, customized to have the greatest possible impact.
Our commitment to your organization's strengths doesn't end once the training is delivered. We pride ourselves on following up to analyze the impact our programs have had, and to help you determine the next steps that can help your people take their performance to even greater heights. In short, we believe in loyalty, and we believe in sustainability.
Bringing TMBC's strengths workshop to our company totally changed the way we look at our People Development and Talent Review processes. Attending the workshop has not only help me implement a strengths-based culture within the company; it has also completely changed the way I operate personally and the way I lead and coach my own team.
